Default turbo header flanges etc

Hi, my name is Ted Morgan - I can do turbo or header flanges for any car - I am currently doing Dodge and Mitsubishi cars but I just wanted to see if anyone is interested?

typical header flange is $25.00.

turbo exhaust flanges - T3, chrysler, or mitsu $16.00

They are laser cut, gasket matched ports and 3/8" thick material. If we can do 20 or more I probably do them for less. I know I am new here and I will list these on ebay. I was just trying to figure out what years and makes everyone wanted.

It takes about 4 weeks to draw and cut flanges and I would need at least 10 orders to start.

My ebay name is "boostedneon" and my email is vintagegtrs@yahoo.com

This guy could make alot of great stuff for is, but to make it worthwhile for him, as he said he will need to do alot of items at once... I think a few things that you could easly sell are.

T-25/HF adapter plates
D series exhaust flange
B series exhaust flange
T3 turbo flanges

Alot of the other stuff you guys can get at road race.

I am making adapters for the Ford Focus and Cav z24 so that shoudn't be a problem instead of making a solid one I have been doing a flange for the manifold welded to the turbo flange. is there a print with dimensions out there somewhere? I have been squeezing a flange for an external wastegate in there too.

I will pick up an exhaust gasket for the B18 for a template- what year and model of car should I give them at the parts store?

what make and model for the D series also? Is that the SOHC vtec?

If you are talking about the t-25 flange from the eclipse turbo - that is the same as the Mitsu flange I refered to earlier.
I'll keep you informed - I will cut 10 or 20 of each it doesn't look like I will have any problems selling them.
I just don't want to have a bunch of inventory sitting around.

See ya!

I was thinking about making a combo T-3 /teo4h. the TEO4H is the chrysler flange I was talking about with the offset bolt pattern. I am also making a flange to do a 3" downpipe off of the TEO4h and other chrysler turbo's.
