TURBO 86 accord!! f/s or trade! Built...t3/t4 turbo
Alright guys im threw with this ---- lol.
This is a truly one of a kinda car and is absolutly awesome!!!
Mods are:
-a20a3
-100% brand new gaskets (headgasket,crank seals, cam seals, crank and rod bearings, hasting rings etc) ALL WITH LESS THEN 200 MILES ON THEM!!
-JE pistons 8.8-1 c/r
-stock rods (shotpeend, micropolished etc)
-arp headstuds
-stock head just resurfaced brand new everything
-t3/t4 57 trim turbo (less then 200miles on it)
-custom manifold with external wastegate
-3 inch downpipe (no exhaust right now)
-turboenetics 38mm wastegate
-b18a1 intake manifold
-procomp ignition system
-msd btm
-b&m fpr with b&m guage
-apexi safc 2
-dsm 450cc injectors
-walbro 255 fuel pump
-johnny race car intercooler
-6 puck clutch specialties clutch
-ngk plugs and wires
-turbo timer
-blitz bov
-catch can
-civic radiator with procomp 12 inch slim fan
-Eibach front springs, coilovers in the back
-kyb gr2 struts
-prelude control arms with ingalls camber kit. (have the back camber kit too)
-bigger drilled and slotted rotors in the front
-have 4 wheel discs and 3 different suspesion setups for it too u could put on in a day
-paint is flawless repainted about 1 1/2 years ago
-Interior is flawless other then fading from the sun on some parts (NO RIPS ANYWHERE)
-on about 10psi right now. Before it was rebuilt with this setup it ran upwords of 22psi from the previous owner of this engine with good tuning but it has been rebuilt from then.
- i have every imagninable spare part ever for this car. Ill give u everything if u want!! Exhausts systems, heads, intake manifolds, engines, anything!!! If interested i have 16 inch rims for it too..
Ok now for the problem. Not really sure whats wrong. Runs strong and all shoots alittle oil out from the valve cover if u rip on it alot. The commpression is about 30psi lower on one cylinder and cant figure it out. Maybe a ring hasent seated yet or something but i just want something different now.
mostly lookin for trades of some sort. Or make me a offer.
Maybe a clean eg or ek?? Stock or not shoot me some offers
car is super clean guys. I love it to death but its getting anyoing!
Please no lowballers.... i just dropped about 3 grand into the engine and turbo setup alone!!!

Man you're crazy...Unless you have the place racing mount kit and wiring harness it would be SO much easier to make more power with the turbo A series...I had an 89 LX-i and I SO regret not turboing it...what other car can you go to the junkyard and find 10 good motors for in an hr?

ive been running 10-13psi with spikes to 16psi on my stock a20 for about 2.5 years now and its held up great. Have fun spending all that money to swap to b series. Better yet go H22A cuz its soo JDM y0 (Plus the swap is IMPOSSIBLE lmao)

no im not trying to out do anything over anybody's car. I was just trying to have a conversation with th thread creator. I will remove my post before. I actualy applaud his work on the a20a3, being a fellow 3g owner.

i had an 89 LX-i about a year and a half ago as well, i didnt think it would be a very good canidate for a turbo kit but maybe i was wrong i'll have to keep an eye out for another.. bump for a sweet car
