a friend of mine has a Y8 head that just had the head and intake manifold ported and polished. he just blew his engine yesterday. so that is about a week runnign in the car. he wants 600 for the head and i was wondering if that was too much. he paid 500 just for the P&P job and has receipts to prove it. leme know your opinion.

 

damn... thats alot to put into the head. I don't think many.. esspeciallyon this board will want to buy a D series head for that much. Heck... not for that much even if it has a cam, springs, retainers and valves.

 

a good head is worth that much but hmt is poor people so honda-tech would be a better choice to sell it at

 

if he has the receipts that helps a lot. It doesn't help that HMT is fulla broke ------.
