Mostly right... they are the only T3/T4 factory turbo I know of.
sean88accord is the only reason I even know that.. And it is a 60/63 and has a 3 bolt flange.

its a to4b .47 t4 compressor with a .63 a/r turbine t3 hot side.

So that turbo should spool quickly yet have good oomph later in the RPMs right? Based on those specs you gave.
