That`s too short to be a STI cooler.
it is a regular wrx cooler

 

Yeah were's the red "STI" on the IC? Thats just a normal WRX IC. Plus if your looking for a b-series turbo mani then more likely your gonna have to mod that ---- and why would you mod it to be able to use a shitty 14b?

 

STI's are top mount though too. aren't they

 

That is a top mount he's just saying it "could" be used for a front mount. But that ain't no STI TMIC unless he used some type of paint stripper or painted it silver and got rid of the STI thats usually painted on the top.
