it will work with either 35 or 38 mm flange, it's a hybrid. I paid 120 ish new. I don't have a specific price, right now the highest bid is elviec at 50 + shipping. It's ss autocrap so I don't think i'll get my money out of it but that a small price to pay to the turbo gods. I will sell to the highest bidder on Monday unless someone gives me very good reason to sell immediatly (ie my grandma will die unless I'm turboed today)

i got mine new off eBay for like $108 shipped from ssauto themselves, WITH flanges, gaskets, fittings, dumptube, and elbow adapter
is yours used? maybe you should lower the price a little. even if it is new, i would rather go with a company that is gauranteed to ship and not scam you in the transaction process...I.E. eBay auction
