If you use an ITR style LCA then yes. I think the EK's have different LCA's than DC's. So, you would probably need a JDM EK one (96-00)

 

To make the rears work all you need is a different lca. ---- swaps right in. Instead of going around the outside of the control arm like the US eg's and 89-91 civic/crx and integras the 88 crx and all ITR's go through the middle of lca. The US's lca is a cast unit and the one needed to make these work is a stamp steel unit or call some mad tite jdm importer cause all the jdm EG's used them I believe. JDMshit.com sells them and for pretty cheap also.
