SOLD!! put my Turbo kit up for sale. 90-93 Integra w/ custom manifold 14b
Well Its been a while since I've been around these parts, but I am selling my turbo kit on ebay. Since HMT was such a big part in the process of making this turbo kit come around, I wanted to give everyone from HMT there shot at it. I am looking to make somewhere around $400 for the whole kit but other offers are welcome. If someone offers me this i will take the auction down. - Turbo with internal wastegate - It is a 14b turbo off a first gen eclipse. I am not sure how many miles are actually on it, but I put around 1,000 miles on it in the year I had it on my car. It still runs and spools well, with a working internal wastegate with the original 8 psi spring in it. It is oil and water cooled which were but functional while installed on my car.
- Manifold - This manifold was made completely custom for a B series motor with a 14b turbo. It is also designed to retain you're A/C and still be able to run the turbo. Although it was tight, it fit well in there. Also remember you don't need to have A/C to use this manifold. If I could remember who made this manifold I would let you know. Actually if anyone knows who he is I would like to let everyone know who it was. He used to make all kinds of custom manifolds and did a great job, but all of a sudden he stopped making them and kept collecting money. I guess I was one of the lucky ones that received the goods. I think it was Rank1Racing.com but I can't say for sure.
- Top portion of Downpipe - This is the part of the exhaust that merges the wastegate output with the downpipe. This also contains the bung for the O2 sensor. Note, this is not the whole downpipe as you can see from the pictures below.
- Injectors - As anyone knows, if you want to put more air into your engine you will need more gas. The injectors that are included are 450cc dsms. They work great and with a new seal set, are direct replacements to the stock injectors.
- BOV - The blow off valve is an old school HKS which doesn’t have any special sounds it just serves its purpose. You can hear it from the engine bay, but there is no whistling.
- Catch Can - A Moroso oil catch can is one of the few things I bought new for this project. It is in great shape with a good filter on it still.
- Misc. Parts - If you have ever done an install, you know you will always need some extra parts. I have all kinds of random piping I used in my install, which you may find useful. Also included are a number of pipe clamps that I know will come in handy, also coolant lines I used and Ts that are impossible to find along with all the vacuum hosing and Ts I used. You can check out the pictures below for a better look. I will also include some websites that were nothing but great for me and my turbo project, and pretty much guided me through the whole install.
