i contacted him, not by phone, but by pm, and he says his dad recieved the wheels and was supposed to ship them, him and his dad no longer talk, so he has no way of knowing for sure, but he is almost sure they where shipped. and the clutch that was recieved from you in part of the trade was no good anyways or "junk" in his words. he seems like an ok guy, maybe just scared now that all this E thugging is going on. i call scam, but he says otherwise. why use a secondary SN and act like you can help anyways, thats the info i got, hope that helps.

 

JUNK? JUNK? It was a practically brand new OEM D series clutch, it maybe had 100 miles on it!!!! If he means dirty, yeah, I didnt feel like cleaning my hands after I took it off of my old motor, thens I carried the clutch to it's box w/ my hands, still dirty. So the clutch was dirty, but far from JUNK.

Furthermore, If it was junk, why did he not return it? I payed shipping, all he had to do was stuff it back in the flat rate box and cover it up with duct tape (like I did) and write "RETURN TO SENDER". That simple. The clutch wasnt junk, thats just more classic bullshit. I still have pics of that clutch, if anybody wants to see them, I got them stored on my PC and will gladly email so you can determine its condition.

He never said anything about him and his dad no longer keeping contact, but then again I dont give a ----. They were his wheels, he should have shipped them out, His responsibility. I gave him plenty of chances to come upwith a tracking number, I have been waiting for 2 months to get one, or hear anything. I dont give a damn what the reason is, who doesnt speak to who, what P.O. didnt give a tracking number, what mailing service the shop uses, how busy whoever has been at work, whatever-I want my rims.
