how does this style home made mani make power compared to HF with adapter plate??

well holy ----.. im all over this then.. but honestly.. an HF mani will make 200 wheel hp at 10 psi on a vtec engine.. will this style also make similar power? or is it better or worse?? has anyone actually dyno'd or tracked one of these manifolds/downpipes?? ive got like 5 of them in my back yard..
