yes it is obd1 and i odnt know if it will bolt sraight up to the z6 head. you might have to modify it a little bit. try searching h-t they might be able to tell you if it bolt up or not.

it will because the d15b is basicly using a d16z6 head, just with a more agressive cam and a 1.5l block from the vx
