I'm a Newbie to all of this. Are the seat belt harnesses gonna mount in my car w/o racing seats and a roll cage

I am always upgrading something, plus I never throw away anything. so my garage is full of parts new and old. I have an addiction to this honda game..
even if I could find you a engine I wouldn't be able to get it to you. I have a built b16 block that I would trade for another b18 block, but shipping is an issue, I also know where a d16z6 block is but its not free, plus shipping problem again. I have a 95 ex tranny, shipping problem, I am just gonna have a German ebay sale and get rid of all this ----, rims etc. all I can get rid of through the usps is small items.
