Default FOR SALE:1989 Civic HB w/B18a1 motor,ys1 gsr trans

I am selling a 1989 civic HB $3500 obo. Dark Red with a fresh
rebuilt, legit (have paperwork on motor) clean swapped b18a1 motor
NO AC---NO POWER STEERING for bottom end umphh. YS1 transmission (very rare trans) The Trans is out of a 92-93 GSR with shorter gears.
Exedy 10-15% more than stock clutch kit,
resurfaced and properly stepped flywheel.
Has PR4 ecu With No codes runs perfect I rewired the Whole dash to the
computer WIRE FOR WIRE. I used brand new clutch, throttle, speedometer
cables from the local ACURA dealership$$$$ This car took me about 4
months to build because I wanted to do it all myself and take my time
to do it right and last a looong time.(honda reliability baby)

Body has about 145k miles on it. The swap has about 5000 miles on it. This is currently my daily driver and was originally an Automatic.
The motor and trans are just about broken in. This car is just amazing.
Probably pulls a high 14 second quarter, never went to track guessing though.
does not smell (has white vapor out the exhaust) very clean
When I rebuilt the trans I replaced the Bearings, seals, and end clearance
was perfect when I was done.
When I rebuilt this motor I went all out with NEW NEW NEW Rings,
Main/Thrust/Connecting rod bearings, Gsr oil pump, Headgasket, Seals,
Gaskets, Water pump, Timing belt/Tensioner,cleaned and honed the block,
cut the Valves and Seats,Resurfaced the Head, replaced the valve seals.
cleaned the hell out of the pistons and rods, sandblasted the valve cover,
motor has 160 psi compression in all 4 cylinders,no vacuum leaks
I used New GCK 90-91 integra axles, alternator, brakes with lifetime
warranties,new windshield wipers,radiator hoses,vacuum lines,cap and rotor.
Very well maintained with frequent oil, trans oil,antifreeze/thermostat
changes/flushes.

Alarm: is the Prestige 25kb and I put power door lock actuators in for
those of you who know how hard it is to find power locks and 6x9"s in the
front doors of a 88-91 hb there it is!!

System: Face is a kenwood KDC-MPV7019 mp3/cd player
kenwood 6x9"s
kenwood 50x2 amp for the bazooka in the back (system is loud and clear, bumps too.

Wheels and Tires: Sitting on 16" aluminum konig knockoffs w/locks with
205/40/16 tires w/50% tread left I used 40/16" for less rotational mass,
unlike the usuall 40/17" setup has. The car is in perfect alignment.
throttle body: from a b16a1

I used AZ Race machine billet (top of the line)--- Mounts,Linkage,Cam
seal
SS-short shifter/with type R ****(not the cheap one)
KYB-GR2 Shocks
I had the intrax springs setup but the front was too low for NYC streets
so I put the stock springs in the front and got it aligned, car still
handles good, and I still have the front intrax springs so dont worry
you'll get em.
Wings west front bumper (urethane) wont break!!

There is a full intake, 2 1/4"exhaust system w/silencer and new high
flow cat.
The manifold is a Custom
Tubular T304-stainless steel made for a T3 or T3/T4 turbo, for now I just
ran the manifold to a 3" downpipe which has a t3 flange on it,There
is about 1/8" between the radiator and this manifold, Real close but I
got it to fit. So it is still a normally aspirated car but it is almost
ready for the turbo.

New OBX Aluminum oil pan (5 1/2 quart capacity)
with the oil return and oil temp guage bungs.

The carpet and back seats were thrown away and the battery put in the trunk
for weight reasons.
The 2 rear quarter windows are tinted 35% Mirror.
Sunroof in 100% working condition and does not leak.
In The pics the car is dirty all it needs is a 2 minute wash and it
looks really nice, the bergundy looks very cherry red when its cleaned

OK so whats wrong with this thing.

1. Oil leak- The leak is from the rear main crank seal it is a $6.00 seal,
but just a pain in the *** to change because you have to take out the
clutch and flywheel to get to it.so the car leaks about 1/2 quart a week
depending if you go over 4,500 rpm a lot. and it spits the oil onto the
exhaust and you smell it.
2. Small crack in windshield (has not ------ for 1 year so far) and will not.
(it doesnt really bother the view)
3.Rear defrost doesnt work because the tint was taken off and took the lines
with it (You will need to go to the junkyard and get a new window to fix it)
4.Cooling fan has a switch next to steering wheel (does not come on by itself)
5.Rear passenger fender there is a tiny quarter sized rust spot that I
circled in one of the pics
I also included pictures of what the car looked like before the work was done to it.

I am testing this to see how the replys are but its going on ebay soon.
