My cell phone doesnt do close up pics very good. But ill be honest Most of the welds are good but there are a couple of spots where i didnt get sheilding from the gas and it boubles a little. If you are worried about it you could grind it down and lay down another pass when you weld on the turbo flange.

how thick are those manifolds? the one looks like it might be exhaust piping. please get some upper closer pics of the d

 

They are made from 1/8 inch wall mild steel tubing. with prebent 1/8 wall elbows. I would get closer pics but my cell phone doesnt stay in focus =/
