POSSIBLE SCAMMER: TIE_MY_SHU
This guy is probably a scammer BUT..............................
I made the mis-hap of sending a pair of turbos to the wrong addy's before.
I acquire and sell quite a few turbos ( I generally don't make for sale ad's until I have at least 4 units for sale) and usually box and ship them all at once ( usually ship on Wednesday and Friday ). I boxed them and marked the addy's in reverse.
What I did to correct it was simply have Fed-Ex pick-up the packages from the two individuals and ship them to the correct ady's. No need to have them shipped back to me.
I don't see why the tie-shu guy couldn't have done the same thing to correct the problem. All it takes is a phone call (hell, I did it on line with my Fed-Ex account).
All in all the mistake does happen but I don't think he will come through. No way I would of sent the turbo back to him before I got re-imbursed. Good luck and I hope it works out for you. Next time though, try to get some sort of vouches ( ask for screen names of buyers that are on the site you see the ad. Then PM them and ask how the sale went and so forth )
If you get your money back and are still looking for a decent unit, look for a post by me in a week or so. When I get back home (working in Nor Cal right now ) I'll have a few desireable units going for sale ( .60/63's ) at better prices then the smaller .42/.48 unit that he tryed to pawn off (I usually sell those for under $100 SHIPPED ) I have a slew of vouchers ( I also have a return policy that purchasers who've chose to return items can vouch for )
