I had purchased the Turbo in this thread from him for $175 shipped.

I came to the post office today to receive the package and I had to ------- pay 23 dollars for COD and ----. WTH is that ----? I paid the full price shipped via paypal. Okay, no big deal, maybe he forgot. I bring the package home and open it up.... WTF? This aint what I wanted. A Rusted, seized, corroded, cracked, broken, funky Turbo..nothing like in the picture and what he told me:

Hey bro, why didnt you come and talk to me first i sent you out the wrong turbo. i was soppse to send a turbo out cod to another guy who wanted that one becasue it was messed up.. i must have sent him yours by gettign the boxes mixed up.. You should have notified me asap instead of going public bro.. Any way pm me and we can get this situated i didnt intend on this to happen

Yeah right. I agreed to trade a t3 for his z6 head. We agreed on using tracking numbers of which I supplied him mine. He told me that he didn't get one and sent it usps parcel post. 1 week went by so I called up USPS and had them hold my turbo. 2 weeks and nothing. So I told him I had it sent back to me because something wasn't right. He was talking nonsense on the 6th. On the 8th he posted his head up for sale with pics date 1/8/06.

How the hell did you send it to me and it didn't arrive after 2 weeks, and in the period of 24hrs you had it back in your hands to take pics for sale?!?!?!

Ban the scammer!!!

And i didnt switched turbos i was send ing out 2 turbos at one time the one he got was soppse to go cod and the guy bought ti to rebuild it all i did was mix things up SO SHUT THE ---- UP CSADDICT. Hey coung its up to you bro weather you want your money back or the correct turbo..because if i were a scamemr would a scammer even send a turbo or reply to someone calling him out publicly.. just let me know il be back on in like 2hrs

I'll send the turbo back just so as long as I get reimbursed for shippin it back and paying for the COD, and I get the correct turbo.

Does the correct turbo come with the exhaust elbow?

When you file with paypal it does not immed. give you a refund. It takes time for paypal to cotact the seller to see if he is willing to resolve the issue. So ASAP file with paypal and add under comments he is trying to work something out. Then IF he resolves the situation look up ur complaint and add resolved, if not get your $ back. However, it is best to file asap. Good luck...

Yes he will be sending it back out to me tommore so i should have it by friday.. and then i can ship it out to you so send the turbo out tommorw so i can have both turbos sent out by the end of the week .. to complete transactions with both parties alos go ahead and file a claim with paypal just so you can feel more secure k i cant get on aim becasue for some reason i send viruses to people sn with some type of clikc me link in the aim box so thast why i dont use it.. But lets post here i want everything public now so i can rid my name of this non sense

Send him the proper turbo, once the proper turbo gets there, IF it is the right one and is as described, send back the crappy turbo and resolve with paypal. :)

He is a scammer/flaker. I was sposed to chip and ecu for him and he just kept on lying to me about sending it. Gave me the parcel post bullshit also. And when I paid to just buy an ecu off him anyway he lied about sending it forever then "refunded" me but skimmed money off the top. Ban him!

you realize after reading this thread that the seller has to send the other guy his turbo, so he claims. well, if no one would send the turbos back until they got the other, tie my shu(the pivot man) would be just jacking himself off the whole time. :S

i wouldn't have sent it back because you payed the cod that means you bought both turbos. so you had the right to wait for the other turbo to send the crap one back. but atleast you do have paypal incase this guy decides to not to send the other one
