woah there budy....i have responded to all them, i talked with the the "box store" which i sent it through.....and they said it was a good possibility that it could have been stolen, because it was in a yellow dewalt grinder box (my bad)......i havent got your money back yet from insurrance, but you have been refunded via paypal....check your email
