Yeah, I was like 99.98% sure that was the case....I was once told that its a FEDERAL OFFICE, YOu do time rather you "knew it was illegal or not, period".

A nonlicensee may not transfer a firearm to a non-licensed resident of another State. A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. The Postal Service recommends that long guns be sent by registered mail and that no marking of any kind which would indicate the nature of the contents be placed on the outside of any parcel containing firearms. Handguns are not mailable. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun.

wow, i just cant believe it. wow. the only way to do it with out going through all the bs. is completely disassemble the gun and send it in pieces.
i personally WOULD NOT even sell it. what would happen when there running these boxes under x=ray/whatever they do, iand discover your shipping a handgun that isnt registered to some guy in another part of the country? your *** would be going to jail
