I'm shipping out for basic in May so I won't have enough time to complete the whole program. My old man did the origional p90 and it was pretty tough, he lost a lot of weight.

 

I have this program, and it is pretty good, as long as you do it. It will not help you lose weight by sitting on the shelf. But overall good program. Good luck on selling it!

 

Good luck on the sale... i dont know if i would be able to stick to the diet on any of these programs...
