Okay - this is the post! I need a MINIMUM of five sign-ups to make this worth while, but I will take up to 10 if there is a need for it. The first five that pay will go out as soon as I get all the money (if it all comes in the next couple of days, they'll go out by Friday of next week)

RULES!

1. You MUST sign up here!! It doesn't count in any other post.

2. PAYPAL ONLY!! Paypal addy is CUSTOMCOACH@COMCAST.NET - I might take other forms of payment after the first five, but I must have five Paypal payments IN HAND to start.

3. PLEASE don't sign up unless you are serious. It hurts the others who honestly have the money and are ready to deal.

4. When you send info, please specify which end tank you prefer: in the pictures below, the top one are the "offset" end tanks, bottom is "centered"

These are made with brand new core and custom made by me. They have been pressure tested to 30 PSI. I sell on Ebay under ID barbiegal (wife's account - yeah, I know )

How wide are the internal tubulators 'internal' passages?
Are these made from cut OEM cores?

The internal passages are 2 5/8 inches wide by .3/8 high. Im not sure what you mean by OEM core, I buy these cores from the manufacturer in large sheats and cut them down to the width you see here, I go larger or smaller depending on the application but this is the most popular size and seams to fit most cars well.
Typer makes a good point about mounting brackets, where would most people want them, on top like the Tyrus intercoolers or somewere else? I can put them anywere you would like.

what do these compare to and how much do they normally run?

We normally sell these on Ebay for $295.00 with free shipping, we originally offered them here for $275.00 free shipping but the group buy thing came up so we dropped to $250.00. As you can see a large savings over the normal price.
I have one customer with a 240 SX making over 450 HP with one of these intercoolers so I feel they stack up rather well against the "NAME BRAND" intercoolers.

and yeah can i have my brackets on the top too?? its prolli easier to mount onto the reenforcement. :)

or i dunno where to put the damn brackets lol.. where is it best at?? if i have it on top would there be a gap on the bottom? is the intercoolers lenght gonna cover my bumper grill? if the brackets are on the bottom where would i bolt it up to?

I highly doubt he has pics of these in civics, otherwise he would have posted them. These are "custom" intercoolers guys, you guys need to go out take your front bumpers off and see if they will fit or not, More than likely yes, some modifactions will be neccasary on just about any IC install.

Jeff is absolutely right - we have no way of knowing what various vehicles these IC's will fit. That's why we give the dimensions so that you can measure the area where the IC will be mounted and see if it will fit. This also gives you the opportunity to see where the brackets would mount - sometimes they need to be at the top - other times, they can mount to the lower bumper.

Okay everyone - we've got the first five PAID! I've got the rest of the core I need coming in tomorrow. The IC's should be finished and shipped out by Friday. I will send out tracking #'s to everyone when they go.

If anyone else wants to sign up but didn't because they wanted to send a money order, I'll be glad to take MO's for the last three spots. Paypal is preferred, but since I have the needed five payments, I can wait for MO's on the others.

I'll sure try! I've built hundreds of these, so I've got the procedure down to a pretty quick science - I hope to have them all done by Friday, but some may get done over the weekend and go out the following Monday or Tuesday. It will be no more than a week in any event.
