dude there brand new I didnt use them at all haha. They are sealed in the MSD bags they come in. But no you dont need a restrictor box. $200 shipped is a hella deal!!

yes 15's x 6.5I need them gone by wens. So I can buy stuff for my other projects. PLus I still need to repair my car. $300 bucks! I can even hook you up with toyo's for $45 each brand new , because of where I work.
