It looks to me like there's slight wear on the compressor wheel and that the turbine seal was leaking. Post better pictures and prove me wrong then. Sounds like this has gone down before anyway. IMO minty or ready to run means zero wear to both wheels, spotless without obvious signs of leakage (could have been something else on the car), and the same shaft play as a new turbo.
i tell ya wat pm craug corbin ( tuner toys) and ask him about this turbo... and the guy above you has lost his mind...i NEVER SOLD HIM A TURBO
