Well, to be sure of the quality of your manifold, we could find ten people giving 10 buck each, then you send the manifold to Abaz so he can test the quality (if he want). And the 10$ these people would be giving could count as a donation for the 2006 HMT donation.

i dont think you'lll last long doing this.
reason being that making $50 on a manifold you have to spend a ton of time hand making parts for is going to burn you out quickly.
theres quite a bit of time into a project like that to only make $50 off of it.
You'd be better off finding a local laser cutter, who will stamp out like 25 flanges for you for fairly cheap, selling them for $150, cutting your time down to nearly nothing, and making more like $75 or more from each one.
