You have a computer operated cutting unit to cut the flanges?

Well, to be sure of the quality of your manifold, we could find ten people giving 10 buck each, then you send the manifold to Abaz so he can test the quality (if he want). And the 10$ these people would be giving could count as a donation for the 2006 HMT donation.

we're not all communist labatt50...hehe. It sounds like a good idea to me, but I'm just now getting into the fabrication phase.

I still need to find a template to make the T3 flanges and source some piping locally. GIve me a week and we'll see what I can crank out.

Sorry to bust your bubble, but anything welded for a long period of time (as manifolds usually are) does warp. To what extent really depends on several other things. Its highly recommended that flanges are milled according (usually several thousandths does the trick) so that you can have a really good seal with your gasket and optimize air flow for quicker spool times.
At $100 shipped with nice tig welds, youd be like JJ, only youll be the king of manifolds

okay, I got one welded up, gonna do the t3 flange tomorrow then grind down the welds and paint.

You were right, it did warp a little bit, less than a 1/16" but I'm gonna have it planed so it will fit flush.

should have pics up friday.
