what are the projectors for?

I would also like to find someone in the ga area to trade my wings west avenger full kit for stock green bumpers + money if at all possible.

 

Can I get pics of the top of that manifold? I need it for my mother in laws 97 civic, hers has an O2 sensor in the top between 2 and 3...can you confirm that this is the same model? also how much shipped to 87123? I'ld also like pics of the part that bolts to the block if possible, hers is cracked there and I want to make sure i'm not getting her one that's already messed up in the same spot.
