sorry I cant help you, but yes the 89 ka maf is the only maf you can use with an sr.....search it at 240sx.org and you will have all of your answers

sorry, im not trying to flood or kill your thread, but the 89 maf is not the only one you can use, you can use the 89 maf but isn't recommended, makes the car run like ----. you can use an sr maf of course, 300z maf since its larger, q45maf since its larger. you never got ur sr running, i've been playing with them for years, i kno what works n what doesn't.

Im not trying to prove you wrong, but I have had many sr's running, I currently have 2 friends running 89' KA maf's and everything I've ever read seems to completely disagree with what you say. Ive seen multiple cars dyno using a KA MAF sensor and put down some great numbers. Maybe you could read up a bit to polish up on "what works n what doesnt"
