Jeep Cherokee custom TURBO kit for sale!
Up for sale is my custom Jeep Cherokee 4.0 turbo kit. It will fit all the single outlet 4.0 liter 6 cylinder manifolds as far as I can tell. My truck is a 1995 so do your own research from there. My truck has a 4.5 lift with long arms but the kit should also fit taller or lower trucks with stock location arms as well. My truck also has ABS so it fits with or without that as well. This kit makes great power and it comes on hard a bit under 2000 rpm and is full spool at 6 psi nice and early. This kit on the dyno made 176hp/226 Ft lbs. at the wheels through an AW4 automatic. This kit has under 1000 miles on it. My truck is just a hobby and not a driver so it sits most of the time. This is 100% bolt on with the exception of you tapping your oil pan for the oil return.
The kit will come complete and ready to bolt in with the following:
T3/T04E 63./60. 60 trim turbo. No shaft play. Doesn't leak or burn oil
38 mm Tial style external wastegate
100% TIG welded 2.5" up pipe that bolts to your factory header
5 bolt to V band TIG welded down pipe adapter
TIG welded 2.5 V-band down pipe with stainless flex coupler
Downpipe has 2 O2 bungs in it for wideband O2 use
TIG welded intake manifold to turbo brace
TIG welded stainless steel dump tube
4 ply silicone couplers
Aluminum charge pipe with TIG welded blow off valve flange
RFL style dual trumpet blow off valve
Stainless braided oil feed line and adapters
Drain flange assembly and drain hose with clamps
Walbro GSL390 high pressure external fuel pump with a prewired relay and all wire.
Paxton Fuel Management Unit with fuel injection hoses
MSD Boost Timing Master for timing management with remote adjustment ****
AEM dryflow air filter (little beat up to fit but new)
Aluminum turbo heatshield
Aluminum ECM heat shield
Custom fit pillar pod gauge holder
Boost gauge with 7 LED colors and all hoses
I will include all the fire jacket material to insulate fuel lines
The kit is not for the faint of heart. If you are not good with tools or are mechanically retarded, this isn't for you. If you can't understand the basics of a turbo system, this isn't for you. There is obviously no implied warranty for parts or for fitment on your truck and you may have to make minor modifications depending on your suspension set up. I don't need to sell the kit so low ballers need not apply. Asking $1800 or best offer. I would prefer not to ship this, but will at buyer's expense. I can take cash, postal money order or paypal with fees paid. Shipping price depends on location. This kit is still on the truck and will be removed Sunday 2/15.
