hyper grounding wires

I have lots of sets of these grounding cables for almost any car.very good quality will include 5 grounding wires plus positive battery cable first 5 people $40 shipped to us I'll send a free set to the mod of this board to check them out and write about them. pictures will be up later today wires will be either 2 or 4 gauge of 99.9% pure copper.

very flexable wire not hard like the ones Hypergrounds sells I will include new battery terminals

What else would you use? That's the best wire to use for this sort of thing. You want more strands. The normal battery terminal wires are too course IMO. Fine, stranded wire is ideal.

Also, I spent alot more than $40 for my grounding kit and I made it myself, although I did run a 2 gauge from the battery in the trunk to the engine bay which was a $40 run by itself(I used the good ----). ;)

yeah boost, but this is just a few grounds. not a battery relocation kit. ;)

Re:hyper grounding wires

Still, I don't see how it's a bad deal. After you buy the connectors, battery terminals, wire, and the time it takes to measure it all and crimp the ends.........

Don't argue with me damn it! >:(

That is a good deal.

And that is the best type of wire to use.Its not speaker wire. Its automotive power wire.More strands=less resistance=beter conductivity 8)

^^^Ideally you would want a solid copper wire. The stranded is better because there is vibration, heat and movement. The strands make it more flexable for automoive use.

Another thing to remember that noone gets is that electricity spins outward as it travels. So you could do like monster cable does and use an insulated core to save money.

I completely disagree. Stranded will flow better.

Why do you think high end competition stereo systmes use fine stranded wire? It's not because it flows worse. :P

Re:hyper grounding wires

while were at it, you cant lable it as a hyper ground kit, because a- thats a copy right infringement, and b- those arent hyper wires (while yes normal speaker wire is good, it isnt "hyper" wire which what is found in a real deal hyper kit).

i know, because i sold hyper kits.

Re:hyper grounding wires

there's a difference between speaker wire and automotive wire, just because automotive wire is used for GROUNDING an amp, which involves your audio system, doesn't make it speaker wire ::) i think this isn't a bad deal. any other colors or just black?

you can still make fun of him ;D , i just don't think it's a bad deal. that's about what it would cost to make it yourself, that's what you have to consider.

I labeled it that way so people would know what they were. very high strand count also. colors available are black red clear blue.

Cars have a 12 D.C system witch does not alternate.D.C cyrrent will disintergarte a solid piece of wire.It literraly turns it into powder.

You can use whatever the ---- wire you want and it will make no difference at all. The current its a bunch of electrons which are repelled from eachother and are pushed to the outside of the copper. You can use a copper pipe and it will flow the same as a wire either solid or stranded as long as its the same diameter it will flow the same.

First off, you suck at quoting. Second, you are wrong. If a copper pipe flows the same current as a stranded copper wire, then why the ---- do the high end competition stereo builders use multi-stranded copper wire? ::)

It's a proven fact that stranded wire flows better than solid wire in DC electrical systems.

I'll give you an example. You have a headache and you take some aspirin. The pills are one solid chunk. It's going to take at least 30 minutes to disolve that tablet and absorb into your blood stream. Now take that same aspirin and chew the fucker up before you swallow it. Now you have several smaller chunks that will disolve and absorb into the blood stream way faster than the single tablet.

Prove me wrong. :-*

I dont care enough to copy text out of a book but im an electrical enginnering student at the university of wisconsin platteville. We learned this way back in physics 1. Send kyle a pm. He seems be pretty good with physics. Think of it like this. All the electrons repel eachother and are pushed to the outside of the wire. Thats were all the power flows. What was wrong with my quote. I got the original question and the response that posted.

boost is right, stranded wire is much better, more strands=less resistance=less voltage drop ;) you forgot to calculate in surface area.

Just wondering, how are your grades? :-\

If you are right, then I guess the entire automotive electrical industry will change now that you have come forth with your supreme knowledge of electrical conductivity. I will dedicate the rest of my life to informing car stereo manufacturers across the world of this magnificent discovery. Thank you for sharing you wealth of knowledge with all of us. :)

Dude your a ------- dumb ass.Your perfect for an Engineer couse your full of ----.All the electrical Engineers that I have delt with have no "hands on experience" and typically dont know what the ---- they are talking about.

In the real world(not in your ------- text book) stranded wire has less resistance.I have voltage tested and ohm tested both.

Oh yeah..buy this guys kits ;)
