I'm gonna take control here, and I'll search out a supplier tomorrow for the US, but in my search today, I couldn't find a cheaper solution. Basically, I'm thinking I'll have a period of one week where you can place orders and we'll get as many as possible together, I'll then place the order and have your envelopes ready, divide the loot and bamn, we're all burning our own chips. I'll let Stealth know what the plan is and get the order up and ready. If possible, I'd like to get the number of chips up for that discount (I'm gonna get at least 3 so I can try some stuff and just swap chips at the dyno. Like baseline and +/- 5% fuel curves to see the effect. It's only an extra couple bucks, and heck, after you find your curve, you could sell the burnt chips and make some money back. I'll let you know and finalize the terms by tomorrow night. Any objections or suggestions are welcome. But I'm willing to do this, and as you can see, I've been here a while, and have no intention on ruining my name.

Guys you can pick up the Eprommer 5 here in the states. I don't know how it compares to the Batronix unit but I can get on for 94 shipped without a power adapter, 104 complete out the door. I have the cable and can get the adapter for change so the price you have is not that great for me. How about seeing if those guys would do a group buy? Buy American if we can.

http://www.ustr.net/

you can look at the Eeprommer 5 there. If we order 5 or more units, we get a 1% discount per unit with the max discount of 15%. So:

5 units - 5%
10 units- 10%
15 or more units 15% off!

So if we go with package number 2... that includes a power adapter, cable, software, and shipping.

With 10 people, we'll get them for 104.90 - 10% = 94.41 shipped, but without the zif socket, chip, or the nice little case. At that point we would be adding 12 bucks, plus shipping for the chip and socket, bring it up to around $110, and still without the case. I'd kinda like to stick with the programmer 4 with zif and chips, but let me know what you guys prefer and I'll start the thread...
