well, I am sad to do this, but just have to put my money else-where, and put modding cars aside for a while. Here is my homemade ITB project for a D series engine Very little needed to finish. some trimming on the intake mani (i was gonna polish it to), a intake mani gasket, hose clamps, and your done. I will help anyone install, give any help I can. the throttle bodies are from a CBR 600 F4i, so the map sensor is a direct plug and play set-up. price, $170 shipped. OBO

everything included...the black thing in the picture is hose to connect everything with. also, I have some T's that will be sent with everything.

I filled the injector holes with JB weld to seal them off

I thought about making a intake mani off of the throttle bodies to mate to a charge pipe, for the turbo...*an idea*

I have helped with 1 B16 ITB set-up, and it is awsome! the throttle response is insane, vtec engagement can be heard for a mile away...very easy to install, about 30hp added to the wheels...??guessing??

you dont have to worry about the IACV. NOTHING GOES THROUGHT IT!!! you just wire tie it to something.

the charcole canaster, gets T'd off...

I was thinking about doing the same thing. in fact, I have some poster board layin around, i might just mock up a mani that would go around the throttle bodies. it would be really easy I think.
