What size are the couplers? That reducer too.

reducer is 3.0" to 2.5"

edit: that reducer you see is sold.. I have two 3" to 2.5" reducers

HE351VE actuator

I need the electronic actuator if this is an HE351VE turbo. Most people throw it away and stick a wastgate actuator on it anyway, will you sell it to me?
