It comes with everything in the pic below - some mounting hardware, 6 feet of nylon tubing which I'm assuming is a vac line, some sort of metal bracket, and instructions. Again, this has never been used, just opened to make sure it came with everything. I have no vouches here, but if you look at my original post I posted a link to my ebay profile where I have 100% positive feedback.

I'm not sure if it's backlit but my guess would be yes.
