Give me a break jocko or chocko, whatever. That isn't powder coated and it isn't brand new. it has an O2 sensor in it still. Plus it you even say it's used. Even though that it is $35 which is cheap you shouldn't advertise that stuff. Be honest with people cuz they can see it in the pictures.
