hf mani to chrysler t3 painted black except the compressor is still silver it is welded on with no leaks around it... the turbo is locked up or seized up it is not spinning when my car is running.. i can spin it with my hand but it has shaft play.. so it needs a rebuild. $30 plus shipping takes it..
