---- PMs, we've already trashed this poor guy's thread so we might as well turn it into something useful.

This is the bad cyl, #4. None of the valves quite seat.

The other cyls are ****, you can tell because they aren't oily messes.

It could be just so much build up the valves cant seat. I got a low compression b16a about a month ago. Motor was fine just the valves were caked with carbon. Wire wheel/purple power/lap action and the head was money

I'm more than happy to pop the valves out of that cyl and hit one of the replacement valves I have with dykem or clover compound.

I should be able to do so in the morning. I drop the kid off at school 8 am, then cruise to Goforth's shop where the head is at and stand around underfoot for four hours until we head off to the dragstrip. Four hours is barely enough time for me to overcome my inherent level of bullshit and get around to doing something.

LOL, I have no idea what mpg it actually gets yet, but I may find out tomorrow. It's a closed track day so I won't get to run; one of the guys I tune dropped $500 to rent the track for four hours so I get to focus on their ride.

This dude might actually be trying to sell something. No one knows.
