FEATURES & BENEFITS OF THE SMT6
All piggyback units are reliant on the exiting ECU to provide the fuel and ignition to the engine. For this reason they are bound by the limitations of the existing ECU. Fuel is typically modified by changing the load sensor or lambda sensor signal. Ignition is done by delaying or advancing the crank angle sensors signal. The piggyback unit tricks the ECU into thinking that it is running under different conditions thereby allowing for a different output.
The SMT6, like its predecessor, has the ability to drive an extra injector which will allow more fuel to be added into the engine typically for turbo
applications.

Prices are as follows
For 9 units or less $375 each
10-15 units $345 each
16 and more $315 each

These prices will include EVERYTHING you need to hook this up to your car, the SMT 6 unit, wire-harness, COM cable (connects from the unit to your laptop) and the CD with the manual for tuning, installation guide, and tuning software (for both DOS and Win95 OS). Price also includes shipping to your door in the continental US, shipping may be a tad higher for you guys in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada (I doubt more then an additional $5) This is a great price as buying a single unit will cost more then $450 after
shipping and everything... but do take into consideration though that you will still need a laptop to program this thing, almost any laptop will do though as the programming software is available in both DOS and WIN95 format, ebay has a ton of slow Pentium computers that would do the job with ease for under $100, if you don't mind dos you could use a 486 computer
even.

i would probably be interested as long as i can get the wiring diagram i need - (they have one listed for my car) and it would be nice to have an initial map.

you won't need an inital map as the unit is a piggy back... it'll use the stock ecu's default map settings untill you start tweaking the maps.

what kind of car/motor do you have? i'll have the guy look up for the diagram... and prob have him send it to me so i can send it over to you.

I figured the map part out after reading the article on the site

It is a 99 Neon DOHC - I saw a listing on the site for a 98 neon, it is the same thing.

aRRacaBACAS: a little less expensive.... but doesnt allowy you to change the rev limit

aRRacaBACAS: well, its basically the same... but the hondata has several helpfull features... like the auto tune, the injector size correction, oh, and it has far better resolution than the smt
