I wasn't a ******** yesterday, I will be today. Some ---- deleted my post in this thread, presumably because they didn't like hearing that they don't know what they're doing.
Onyx is ripping you off.
I sent an email to Jason Parker yesterday entitled "What happens when frat boys shop for electronic parts"
This thread sums it up.
The sockets can be had cheap as hell from www.future-active.com
A replacement for 29C256 chips can be found for <$1.50 in small quantities too, called the SST27SF256
If you want to continue to waste your money on a lame groupbuy, go right ahead, but I'd rather buy the ---- cheaper myself.
Delete the post again oh moderator bitch in the sky and PGMFI enters the parts business (and I guarantee you I'll undercut your ----- *** groupbuy, biotch)
p.s. if someone other than Onyx deleted my original post, you can read between the lines and see you're on my --------.

Right when this groupbuy started I posted that you can get these EXACT sockets for $5.25 a piece with no limit or minimum order from circuitspecialists Of course, it mysteriously disappeared.
