Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

I dont know if it would be technically competition, cuz Stealths are sexy, the same price, a longtime HMTer, and he supports the site:P

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

Not trying to compete just get quality products out to people of the turbo world. When he doesnt have it i do and so forth. These are all based out of "flamenco-T" on honda-tech. If you know him, you know the kits but with a little refinement.

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

I don't believe in competition, business is just business, and everybody's free to get thiers too.
But, let me get this straight, Flamenco-T put you up to this? I've been respecting his "selling arena" for a long time now. Just wanna know if this is the case?
I've sold to HT members that trickle over here and like the kit. I've even been asked why I don't sell over there. Its simple, it's his neighborhood, not mine. Anyone can come in here and sell anything they want, but if you come to my neck of the woods, that means I get to go to yours. ;)
I wish you luck, I just want to find out what the deal is. Thanks -Steve

Yea I work for him in a way, help him out. I dont believe in competition either, but yet just advertising for another very good name and product like yourself.

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

Some say competition is good for business. ;)

EDIT: So do these have the correct threads to tap into the block or are they the type that you have to cock sideways and hope and pray it doesn't leak or pop off? :-\ Where are those pics? :)

What I'm saying is, we have stayed on our own sides of the fence for along time, and it seems to be working out. You can sell here, but that would mean I have full access to the Honda-Tech market. I just wanna make sure this is the agreement. I'll even sticky your post right here in classifieds. ;) -Steve

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

Wait a minute, I just looked at your post history, and on Jan. 6th you posted twice to me asking if you could get your hands on my kit. Whats going on?
If this is some plan to rip my kit off, I'll send you one for free, and then show you that you still can't sell em' for my price. I think you better talk to Flamenco T about this. It seems like it would be more of his call then yours.
It's all good. Just let me know how you want it. -Steve

gdrumm 01-14-2004 10:34 PM

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

Like I said before I'm not out to rip anyone off, nor am I trying to win over anything as people think. Im just trying to help out a friend sell his kits as people need or want them. -Thanks

MikeJ-2009 01-14-2004 10:54 PM

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

Cool. You can sell whatever you want here. But understand that by you being in my arena, I have full access to yours. Up to this point I have stayed away from HT. Ask your friend Flamenco-T if Homemadeturbo is somewhere you would like to persue sales. I'm not offended that your here, I just don't want you to be offended when I show up there. Please ask him before you make a decision.
Gdrumm, this whole post isn't to threaten your product or say that you can't sell here. I just want you to understand what you might lose by selling here. I've done the research, I know what you sell, how much it sells for, and where you sell it. I have not jumped into Flamenco-T's market because I will not go to another site where they have an oil line guy and try to do business. They already have a guy.
We have a guy here, but I'm not threatened if you want to sell here. I'm just a little confused. I think you should run this by Flamenco-T. Thanks -Steve

(Maybe we should do this over PM.) ;)

Guys, no hard feelings here. We're not the first people in this industry to have oil line kits, and we won't be the last.
I did my part by showing respect to other oil line providers on other sites, and now I'm being invited to sell on that other site. See how well respect works. ;)

I would still like to know why you asked to purchase one of my kits? -Steve

sorry to say but i've bought a Kit from Flaminco-T the other day. I should be getting it tomorrow.

pictures are on fast-turbo.com

I rather have the goodridge fittings instead of a clamp. Dont want the lines to shoot right off if anything. Sorry Stealth.

I think you have the oil lines and the charge piping mixed up. Don't worry, no hard feelings. I want to see pics too. Over on HT he was selling his feed for $45 and the drain for $75. Interested what he's now offering for $80.

projekteg 01-16-2004 05:36 AM

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

---- that, stealth may not be pissed, but this is pissing me off. WE HAVE AN OIL LINE GUY!, go back to h-t or super honda or some other gay site, ---- it, sell em on ebay, but don't come here! if anybody wants to buy your lines, they can go to h-t. just think of this as an "informative" thread to let them know where they can get you lines if they're interested. flamenco-t knows exactly what he's doing, you shouldn't be here trying to sell his stuff.

gdrumm 01-16-2004 10:20 AM

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

For why i wanted one of your kits i wanted the tap fitting for myself, but have since changed my mind.

As well as for 80 dollars its everything offered in the feed line kit and for the oil return its got barbed fittings on both ends with hose clamps. One to screw into turbo return flange other into oil pan with flange included.

Still offering the other kits with all of the AN fittings but some of us do-it-yourselfr's like to have a cheaper yet still reliable kit.

As well as for reason I post, some people want oil line kits now, or there car is down and need it going, awhile back you posted yours werent available until the 15th which is fine, but if people need a product and cant get it where do they go?

Maybe you should check again huh ProjectZC. So, if you're saying stealths are unreliable then these goodrich ones must be too.. hrmm.... I hope no1 from this board buys your kit even if stealth is out of them because you came about this the wrong way. You should have been professional about this and talked to stealth before you even posted.

MikeJ-2009 01-16-2004 12:57 PM

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

I'll be shipping about 20 kits today. I had a problem getting ahold of enough block fittings to take care of everyone, so I put a hold on the whole kit. It sounds like you have the same barbed fittings and clamp system I just incorporated into the kit. So Project Zc isn't going to be getting whats pictured on that site. It's all good, you can try to duplicate what I'm doing over here, but Craig already told me you'll never buy the block fittings that you need to compete in any kinda quantity.
Projekteg, you have it all wrong, before this block fitting back-up, I owned ebay. And now that the fittings are back up and in stock, I will own again. The only difference is now I have a whole new market available for the taking. HT. :D I'm so glad this stunt was pulled. ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

that's not what he's selling anymore the pretty blue anodized ---- is gone. they are both the same ------- kit, except with steve's you get the tuner toys fitting and you don't feel like a duechebag for buying from some other ------- idiot who doesn't understand what the ---- business etiquette is.

Buy stealthmode's kit, a lot of well respected people run this kit and it ------- works great.

I'd be very surprized if jeff were as in on this as gdrumm says he is.

steve, you need to get yourself a banner, with neon flashing letters. and a chicken with a speech bubble that says "stealthmode rules"

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

Um....i think what they are saying is gdumm is offering one style kit VERY VERY similar to stealthmodes and flamenco-t is still offering his standard kits.....

MikeJ-2009 01-16-2004 06:33 PM

Re:goodrich oil feed/return line kits avail 80 shipd

I don't know who's offering what, but if someone is trying to duplicate the style of kit that I sell, they can do that. What they won't be able to ever duplicate is the price war I set off up in this beeeeoootcchh!!! ;D ;D
Let me send you a free kit so you can dub it, then we'll have a price war. That will be fair. Oh, and I'll use a tuner toys block fitting, and include the bolts for that drain flange. I'll still call it fair. :D
