I got a T3 turbo for $125 shipped to the lower 48 states. There are no broken fins. It spins freely. There is NO in/out shaft play. If you try hard, there is LITERALLY 1mm side to side movement but from everything I have read this is the case even with new/rebuilt turbos. I take paypal (credit card is ok).

There are a million different T3 turbo's. Which one is that?

 

Looks to me like you blocked off the wastegate, might want to confirm or deny this for the people.

 

do you have a pic of the exhaust housging w/out can in front of it? how is the wg hole covered.

looks like it came off a mercedes its got thet weird internal waste gate...8 psi i think its set at

Sorry about the pics. It has an internal wastegate. I can't find any spec numbers on it, so I took some measurements.

Turbine/downpipe opening is 2.5 inches (65mm) in diameter.
Compressor intake is 2.125 inches (54mm) in diameter.
Compressor outlet is 1.375 inches (35mm) in diameter.
