I have a brand new T3 turbo that I bought off of down2turbo on ebay, it's not internally wastegated. The turbo is in absolutely perfect condition and the reason i'm selling it is because I decided that it'd be easier for go fast by buying a bike than turboing my civic. So lets hear some offers, I paid 300 for this turbo.

The only thing i've bought off of a message board is a motorcycle. . . so i guess my only vouch is fotocycle on the sportbikes.net message board. On ebay I have a 100% feedback rating, username ItsAllHeartBaby. Look up my feedbacks and you can see that I purchased this turbo off of down2turbo. Also I should add that all the flanges are standard, no weird mercedes crap going on.

what's the hp rating for this turbo? Also any idea what it might spool up at? on a B16 that is.

I only researched it for my application (d16) but i'm sure its pretty similar to yours. I've seen a 42/48 t3 on a couple of d16 civics between 180-240 whp. Full boost will probably come on around 4000rpms. As a regular poster here and on turbod16, shouldn't you know this?
