I have a starion FMIC im trying to get rid of. It's dented on the bottom right corner (and crushed the fins) but the cores are OK. There are bent fins as well. Im not sure what the black ---- is, it comes off. It's like dusty ----. IDK but as u can see, the fins are ok. ill clean her up if anyone wants.
