dude, i sent a B16 cylinder head across the country using UPS and it was only $45. and im pretty damn sure that a cylinder head weighs more than an intercooler, just a heads up

The shipping on an intercooler that measures somewhere around 12x2x20?" and weighs like 3lbs would be 10-15 bucks with a 3day service. Your $40 dollar quote would only be close to relivant if you used stamps and put it in a steel box

 

You know if you were any type of a smart guy you'd know that the shipping company goes by size of box until weight gets so high. They go by the dimensions of the box, not that 3 to 5lbs it weighs. I dont try to make money off shipping either, so ---- you.
