Okay, $90 shipped, then you'd make $40. That's more than most people can make selling a d-series non-si tranny.

You can fit them in a double-walled box generally, so freight shipment shouldn't be neccessary at least.

Yeah, I've shipped them over the counter at both FedEx and UPS. I felt like superman walking in and setting it on the counter though.
