Gobad might offer you what he gets GE blocks sleeved for, which includes shipping both ways. It's a bit less than $1000. No promises, he already has an 84mm ITR bottom end and 84.5mm GSR block on hand, and generally doesn't like smaller displacement stuff.

i thought that all VTEC motors had girdles on the center mains,i could be wrong but if not does this mean it has the wrong main caps
