-yes. it should fit any D series. so your 97 EX is ok.

-no it will not be compatable with A/C.

-if you wanna keep your AC be ready to dump a ---- load of money into a revhard mani or you can be like the rest of us and make your own.

Piping is 2 inch.All that pretty much is needed to finish kit is a couple of pipes and a adapter plate.I have paypal also.
