gee, i didnt ------- know that starter solenoids needed 12v to engage the starter to the flywheel. what was i thinking?

listen ----, you're the first one in everyone's for sale thread calling ---- out so you should expect me to take joy in returning the favor when you're spewing bullshit.

No ---- you can crank a motor without the harness with jumper cables to the starter I've done it many times. My point was the reason the car sat for so ------- long is the owner moved halfway across the country. Since there wasn't even a harness on the car how frequently do you think it was cranked over? If you've pulled the pan and plugs to check ---- out like you told me you did then post some ------- pics.

It might have been hot tanked like 5 years ago. look at the ---- on the block in the first pic.

hes been back for about 4 months now, he never moved. thank you mr information.

from looking at the receipts it was a year and a half ago. ill update with more pics and the receipts for parts/machine work when im able to make it back down his way, most likely mid-week

im interested and have cash money, of course i need more info, proof of built motor? pix of spark plugs? blah blah, do tell cuz i need a engine this week and this is in the running
