FS:my complete 14b turbo kit
im selling my complete turbo kit, no need to search around,no need to wait on parts everysingle thing you need to boost your 1.5/1.6 is included
and the vafc is include which was already dyno tuned.
1.DSM TD05 14B TURBO
which was rebuilt 7 months ago,with new wastegate
turbo does not have any shaft play at all, its still like new
turbine spins freely, and does not leak or smoke at all.
consider this a almost new turbo.
2.HF MANIFOLD W/ ADAPTER PLATE
hf manifold was sprayed with 1600 deggre ceramic paint.
and was ported a little to help flow.
3.ALL GASKETS
hf manifold gasket,turbo inlet gasket,02 housing gasket,
and downpipe gasket.
4.14B 02 HOUSING WITH DOWNPIPE
downpipe is crush bends,not the best but will do the job
and you ll just need to weld it to your existing exhaust,
or to your cat which is where the tubing for it end.
5.98 440 BLACK TOP DSM INJECTORS
these are super clean,new design with the dual pattern
to ------ the fuel more evenly,instead of the old blue tops with single fuel pattern.
6.JOHNNY RACER INTERCOOLER
this is the 5x30" version which covers the whole civic grill,
ic has a small bent right on the bottom from when i was installing
it on the rear,but did not harm it at all, i been holding boost fine for the
past 6months.
7.ALL INTERCOOLER PIPING
the entire piping is done just bolt it up.all are ic piping from
jc whitney.com mandrel bent, and close to the turbo it
was custom crush bend to match the weird turbo outlet angle.
8.BLUE 30PSI ATP TURBO INTERCOOLER HOSE CLAMPS
bough from www.atpturbo.com
paid 60 bucks just for these clamps good up to 30psi.
only the hose clamp that goes connected to the tb is not atp,
its a reg homedepot one which has held fine all this time.
9.DSM BLOW OFF VALVE
jb welded right before the tb and painted blue,has held
fine for the past 6monts. real loud too.
10.NEW NGK D16 TURBO SPARK PLUGS
1 spep colder plugs
11.VDO BOOST GAUGE
white face version,some scracthes here and there,
does its job though, not one of those cheap gauges.
12.OIL DRAIN,OIL FEED LINES, WATER LINES
water lines are your basic heater hoses, and oil
lines are stainless style with all fittings.
13.TURBO READY OIL PAN
will fit on 92-95 civic 1.5/1.6
14.APEXi VAFC
already dyno tuned on the rich side, not for peak power
but was dynotuned to daily boost safely,with stock
cat and 2.25" piping.
i will also include full instructions on how to hook it up
to your car.
i spent almost 1 month to build this kit searching,and
lots of money on the muffler shop to weld most of the
ic piping and build me a downpipe.
im letting this whole kit go for cheap basically cause i
need the money or else i would NEVER sell my turbo.
$750 plus shipping which will be around 65-80 bucks
depending where you live.

if you dont want VAFC i will sell the whole kit for
$600 plus shipping cost,which is dirt cheap for a complete kit.
i should also say that i paid 250 alone for the
rebuilt 14b, and 105 shipped for new wastegate
from mach IV motorsports.

yeah you are right they are black top,with green tip, edited the post, i have no idea where i got redtop from.
