These are good turbo, spool fast and make pretty good power. I had one on my S13.

wheel is fine, it just has the play, everything still spins freely.

Yep, blown DBB is absolutely worthless unless you're eligible for Garrett's CHRA exchange program, but you have to have bought it new, have the receipt, and it has to pass their initial inspection. Not gonna happen for anyone who buys this turbo used/blown. So ~$800 to get it back up and running again for a turbo that becomes anemic before 400whp lol.

 

true but not all people look for gt42R either. the turbo costs like 1500+ new.

I sold a blown hks gt2530 for $100 and a skyline gt25 turbo that was boosted past it's ceramic wheel's limit for $150. Guess what happened to the wheel......

You list gt28 ball bearing turbo f/s on charlotte cl and somebody will call you within 2 months.

Trust me. I sold mine to some idiots in charlotte. All they saw was "HKS" "TURBO" "BALL BEARING" and "SKYLINE". Words like that attract the ignorant. I paid $180 total for the hks with a spare polished cover, two gt25 skyline turbos (one missing a wheel, the other was PERFECT and a dsm t25. I made $300 profit re-selling those items because i know Carolinians are idiots.
