idk whats happening here, but its been over 3 weeks, and still havent recieved my tie bar.......

 

I've bought things from him in the past. Shipping is slow, but received it none the less.

hate to say it....... but i think we have been had honestly im about to go to paypal, and just try and get my money back.. since i told him if it didnt get here this week, i just want my money back, he hasnt replied to my pm's or anything

slow shipping or not, its been nearly a month.. there is no shipping company thats that slow
