Howdy.
As the title states.
I have a D15A3 with trans, axle shafts, engine harness, and ECU.
All was removed from a 85 CRX Si with 12,547 miles on the car.
Now, mind the miles here. After the car had around 1100 miles, the motor was pulled, built to race SCCA by my uncle. I am unsure that work was put into the motor. It was then raced the remainder of the miles on the car/motor.












At the time the motor was pulled, July 2008, it still turned over. I dont know if it is locked up now, but i cannot turn it by hand. It has with it, still mounted, the tranny, a 5sp standard, shift linkage is there as well.

The engine harness is with it, but there is some bad news here. While the car was sitting in my uncles lot, some mice decided to have a hay day, and chew threw some of the wires.
Of the known chewed wires, the Injector clips where chewed off. I will get some pictures of that soon.

But anyways, if any one is interested, im asking locally $500.00 for it all as is.

As i figured. Didnt expect to get too many responses. Seems these motors arent use for a damn thing these days. Too Bad, a really good motor.
Also will be adding a 87 CiviC Si HB Tonight.
Going to take Photos right now. Might also add my 88 CRX HF.
Havent decided, but need some $.

But really, no one uses, or wants these motors?

its all good i understand that. I was stationed up in Groton, ct for a year. nice area, not alot of good looking hondas up there though. Found a few CRX's but all was rusted worse than the one i got now.

OK, As i stated earlier some more pics.
First is the picture of the wiring harness, the Injector clips to be precise.

230,606 miles.
rebuilt radiator as of 2005.

This car was wrecked. I hit a deer driving way to fast at night. Dumb *** me. I was still in high school at that time. that was 4 years ago now.
I straightened out the core support my self. The headlights are from the previously mentioned 85 CRX Si. So, the fascia piece that isn't in the pictures no longer fits properly.
I still have it, it is currently at the local body shop being straitened back out, and hopefully will be able to put it back on with some minor modification. The bumper is also off of that same 85 CRX Si, so it doesnt line up correctly either. but that is a different story. The only origional light left on the front of the car is the passanger side corner/marker light. the driver side was destroyed on impact. I have the origional bumper still. the turn signal locations on the bumper were filled with rectangular fogs, and i custom attached some LED turn/marker lights to the front and sides of the bumper.
The car is wired for a stero system, and has custom installed 6x9 speakers behind the front seats on both side panels(was that way when i bought the car 5-6 years ago) also have a custom built, 2x 10in subwoofer box for the rear of the car, will be included for an additional $100.

Comes with an installed Kenwood Deck, old school EQ, JL audio door speakers and tweeters, and pioneer 6x9 in the back.

Car runs and can be driven, but needs a clutch bad.
Also, kicks up the error code on ECU for a bad TPS. still idles and drives fine.
Oh, and look at that, a good motor for sale right above this.... with the TPS on it...... HMMMM. Maybe i sell them both together for like $1500?
has no muffler, and sounds like a pissed of bumble bee so people say.
Has fake dual exhaust, Y pipe after rear axle, with small silencer tips(cheap-o-brand)
Home made cold air on it.

The air conditioner was removed. I still have the compressor and few other parts, included if wanted.
Spare blue CRX Si passanger side seat.
The motor above was to be the donar to this car, and to be boosted, but just never had time nor money to pursue.

Asking price is $1200 OBO. May trade.














Only have 2 of these rims and 2 of the others, will add them for extra $100 other wise you get the steelies!

ok, due to unexpected events, dropping the price.
car and motor,trans, harness, ecu, and many other random parts from 85 crx si, all together for $1000.00 OBO picked up.

anyone interested, pm me.

also up for sale now,
88 CRX HF, with just under 90,000 miles. I just did some work to remove rust
car has new starter, just put on last month. rubber is all over 80% tread.
can pick up, and drive it home. $1000.00 OBO.
